Check Out Where Eastwood Lives With Family!
Iconic actor Clint Eastwood has listed his 6,900-square-foot mansion on its 4.7-acre exclusive estate for $9.75M. The Spanish Colonial-style villa nestles on the sun-kissed Pebble Beach beside Carmel Bay, but its interior boasts more wonders to be explored. Shall we take a tour inside?
1. The Gate
The Moorish door from Spain is intricately carved. Red pottery and vintage iron lamps make us feel like we're stepping into an ancient Spanish castle. The courtyard is inviting us inside.
2. The Courtyard
The courtyard centers around a lovely fountain. Two giant oak trees and other plants offer shade for visitors and make the yard feel more like a garden.
3. Details In The Veranda
Before stepping into the living room, the corner to its left caught our eye. Surrounded by lush greenery, the tables and chairs assembled with wooden strips add an idyllic flavor to the area, complete with a piece of cowboy artwork.
4. The Living Room
Typical of a Spanish farmhouse style, the living room involves high ceilings with exposed wooden, thick stucco walls and hand crafted iron works everywhere. The sprawling room consists of two seating areas. Why not admire the other side a bit closer?
5. Its Other Side
Here we are. Surprisingly, this area appears to be more modern with hues of grey, black, and white. This part is the perfect place to drink with your friends or partner on those winter nights with the wood-burning fireplace. Wait, is that a picture of the gate?
6. The Dining Room
Venture in further to see the famous dining room lit by a custom glass chandelier and enjoy the seascape while dining. It is said to have hosted iconic dinner parties for artists, authors, dignitaries, and musicians worldwide.
7. The Loggia
Let's go back to the patio. A covered loggia wraps around the yard and links six suites together.
8. The Master Bedroom
At the end of the home is the secluded master suite. It is pretty warm and cozy to work or chill out here with its fireplace, furry carpets, and fabric sofas. Many custom alcoves are built in to house delicate handicrafts. A full bathroom adjoins the spacious bedroom.
9. A Bathroom
The bathroom features double vanity units, a spa tub, and his-and-hers dressing rooms, all decorated with flower-patterned tiles. Besides this one, the home has six more bathrooms.
10. The Full-Length Mirror
Near the door stands a matching full-sized mirror for double-checking one's look.
11. Guest Rooms
Apart from the master suite, five other rooms are available for any guests. The beige fabrics and an arched door soften the room's style.
12. The Kitchen
Blue tiles and curtains bring vitality to the kitchen. A massive table with a marble surface is a favorite of those who cook because it's convenient to clean and prepare food. Both the closets and the cabinet under the table provide ample storage space.
13. The Resting Area
Go straight in and take a seat in the living area beside the kitchen. The cozy place provides a space where Clint Eastwood can have a private chat with his friends and partners. More space to see ahead.
14. The Hidden Dining Area
Unexpectedly, there is a smaller dining room filled with crane statues, landscape paintings, and exquisite porcelain.
15. The Store Room
When you often invite masses of people to dine in your house, a vast storeroom is a necessity. This room is rather plain, and is mainly used for storing things.
16. The Stone Patio
When you visit the Pebble Beach mansion, never forget to hang around the stone terrace. It leads you on to a large lawn and garden, and more importantly, presents you with the breathtaking views of Carmel Bay.
17. The Garage
Car lovers will be satisfied with a two-car garage and four other car facilities at the property’s eastern end.
18. A Modest Entry
Time to say goodbye to the impressive villa. I guess it would be hard for us to imagine the lavish interior if we entered from this modest gate.
19. Its Superior Location
Clint Eastwood called the villa home after serious consideration. It is set in idyllic wooded grounds along the seafront, encompassed by Carmel, Stillwater Cove, and Point Lobos. It only takes minutes to drive to the Lodge, Casa Palmero, and to the Pebble Beach golf links.
20. Past Good Memories
Before his divorce, Clint Eastwood once led a tranquil life there with his ex-wife Dina and daughters Francesca and Morgan.
21. Any Better?
Though splendid in all aspects, the Pebble Beach mansion has been put on the market. The Hollywood star has built another hacienda-style hilltop home on his invitation-only Tehama Golf Club in Carmel, near his old house.
